Rhonda has been an Adjunct Theatre Professor and Guest Director at Azusa Pacific University and Regent University. She has been a teacher and workshop instructor for a variety of colleges, high schools and all ages programs with several theatre schools and companies. 

Working as a teacher, acting coach, choreographer, producer and director in theatre, she has been in a unique position to help encourage young artists to recognize their own potential and pursue their vocational dreams. She has been an active member in local community and arts organizations, volunteering her time in the various states she has lived in, including ND, VA, TX and CA.
